ProTask24 ("we", "us") provides project, client, estimate and invoice management software for contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Account information: your name and email address when you sign in.
Business data you enter: company details, clients, projects, schedules, estimates, invoices, expenses, photos and documents.
Payment information: subscription and invoice payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: basic analytics about how the app is used, to improve the service.
If you choose to connect Google Drive, ProTask24 requests the limited "drive.file" permission. This lets the app access only files it creates or files you explicitly select — never the rest of your Drive.
We use this access solely to save documents you generate (such as estimate and invoice PDFs) to your Drive and to attach Drive files you pick to your records.
ProTask24's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.
You can disconnect Google Drive at any time from the app or from your Google Account permissions page.
To provide and operate the app, generate your documents, process payments, provide AI assistant features you request, offer support, and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app (hosting, payment processing, AI processing, email delivery), or when required by law.
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings, which removes your business data. You may also contact us to request deletion.
When you accept these terms, we store a signed acceptance record on your account — including your typed signature name, the date and time you signed, your IP address, and the exact version of these documents you agreed to. This record is kept as evidence of your agreement and may be accessed by authorized administrators of ProTask24 for legal and compliance purposes.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and per-account access controls, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you acknowledge that technology can fail.
